Today is a big day for Amsyar. Hope everything will be okey then. Just like me, Amsyar too suka layan blog masak. Tengok gambar then request mana-mana yang berkenan. As long as bukan baking, insya'Allah. Tangan Ibu tak bedung tang hat tu, nevertheless Ibu memang tak sanggup nak mengemas dapur especially kalau hasilnya masuk tong sampah.
Rendang ayam & jantung pisang..
Tu hari ada dia ternampak menu ni in one of the blog yang Ibu suka ziarah. Tho rempah-rempah totally lain, cuma tinggal yang main item saja yang Ibu kekalkan. Biasalah bab-bab meng-alter ni kan.
Guna saja apa yang ada.. sayur campak-campak
Nevertheless, from the bottom of my heart, love you sayang.. Tho Ibu selalu jadi Tarzan (tapi sekarang dah kurang.. sikit) hope you will forever and always understand.. that's only me. Ibu tak pandai nak lemah lembut.. but you know that, don't you honey.

ReplyDeleteAnd your sayor champak2....that udang and red chilli....betul sedap best. If dapat jemput datang makan, siap kan tiga pinggan nasi....I buat magic, lichin kan tiga pinggan, ha ha.

I have always loved Malay food, one reason I had many Malay friends before....as well when working, had Malay neighbours.
As I travelled a lot back then, on my way home I'd buy fresh crabs from Kuantan, or durians from Taiping, or even fresh udang galas from K. Selang or Tg Tuallang, Pantai Remis, fish (I had a ice box in my car) and give my Malay neighbours....as they kept an eye on my house during my absence.
As well I gave them permission to pluck the 4 angle beans growing next to my fence, or the chillies, papayas in my garden.
I was a bachelor then....in return my Malay neighbours will pass over the fence some special dishes they cooked.
Maybe should have married 2 wives, huh? One day Chinese food, next day Malay food. Then again saya suka makan curry...how?

I too love Chinese food. Especially itik panggang. Here in Ikea Kuwait their selling it everyday. I suka buat sup with extra ginger & sawi jeruk.

Sebenarnya biasa jugak org buat rendangg ayam & jantung pisang. Kalau Azie gugel resepi.. sure jumpa.
wahh jantung pisang..mak saya dulu suka rebus dan cecah air asam/ tak pun cecah budu..lepas dia tak de kami pun tak reti dah makan jantung pisang tu..huhu sedap!
