Kali ni Ibu nak share sikit ilmu from a class I've just attended at Masjid Kaber.
Hope it would be beneficial to some of us.
Summary
- cut your sugar usage
- increase your fiber
- encourage water usage instead of juice (gula tu babe)
- * kalau korang baca.. sure boleh figure out sendiri kan kan..
