Assalamualaikum all,
Cik Asben masih on-call duty for a week so that means we all have to stay at home over the weekend. Tapi sebenarnya sesekali dok umah masa ujung minggu ni best jugak. Tho' hakikatnya anak-anak akan dok mengadap their gadgets, Cik Asben akan dok ngadap kerja dia as well as attending calls from Iraq and other colleagues which leaves me either mengadap lappy or tidur. Bukan senang dapat tidur petang weii...
So this time around, we decided to make our weekend into one healthy family activity instead of the regular ones. A project duo between me and Cik Asben, sama-sama masuk dapur menggoreng daging versi Kelantan pulak. Did I ever mention in my blog just how much I dislike nak siang daging?? Well this is where Cik Asben come into picture. Tugas utama dia adalah untuk menyiang daging and please allow me to state it here.. here is very good with his part. The rest, I'll take care of it.
To those yang baru nak blajar cara-cara menggoreng daging kunyit, jom kita buat sama-sama..
Bahan-bahan;
500grams daging (dihiris nipis)
Kunyit serbuk
Cili api (pedas ikut masing-masing la ya)
Kacang buncis (kalau nak guna kacang panjang, okey jer)
** kacang disiang - terpulang nak potong biasa atau potong serong
Sebiji bawang besar
** dihiris nipis
Cara-cara menyediakannya;
Perap daging bersama kunyit dan garam buat seketika.
Kemudian daging digoreng tanpa minyak hingga kering air daging tadi.
Apabila air daging telah kering, barulah dimasukkan minyak lalu digoreng lagi hingga mesra.
Masukkan kacang buncis, cili dan bawang.
Gaulkan hingga mesra lalu perasakan dengan garam (jika perlu)
Beres..
